Terms of Service

Welcome to ChairCatalyst (chaircatalyst.top). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our offerings including board leadership coaching, digital learning resources and physical products. By engaging with our services or products, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Board leadership coaching services include one-on-one sessions, group workshops and strategic advisory. All scheduled sessions are subject to our scheduling guidelines.

2. Digital Learning Resources

Digital learning resources consist of webinars, video courses, templates and downloadable guides provided via our online platform.

3. Physical Products

Our physical products include printed workbooks, books and branded materials that accompany our coaching services.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are listed on chaircatalyst.top and charged in advance. Payment must be completed before access or delivery. We accept major credit cards and other online payment methods.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Coaching Services

If you cancel a coaching package within seven days of purchase and no sessions have been delivered, we will reimburse 50% of the package fee. Cancellations after this period or completed sessions are not reimbursable due to planning and resource allocation.

5.2 Digital Learning Resources

You may request a full reimbursement within fourteen days of purchase provided you have not accessed or downloaded the resource. Once the content is accessed, purchases become final and no reimbursement is available.

5.3 Physical Products

You may send back unused items within thirty days of delivery to receive a full refund. Send-back shipping is your responsibility. Products must be in original condition.

6. Service Transfer

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled or transferred once upon request made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Transferred sessions must occur within ninety days of the original date.

7. Non-Refundable Offerings

Certain bespoke advisory services and customized leadership projects are non-reimbursable due to dedicated resource commitment and exclusivity. Such services will be clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance. The latest version is posted on chaircatalyst.top.
